My passion for chocolate grew and intensified just like flavors developing from a freshly conched batch of cocoa liquor. It was an intrinsic part of me but I never realized until the - “Ah ha”- moment when I realized how intoxicatingly happy I was anytime I was around real chocolate and the rich, warm aroma of the theobromine which is what makes you feel happy when you eat a “real” good piece of chocolate.
